The VIII Annual Legal Forum “Development of the Legal Services Market in Ukraine – 2012” organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association was held on 24 February 2012 in Kiev.

Partners and senior lawyers of law firms in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, as well as heads of legal departments and experts in management and development of legal business took part in the Forum.

Participants discussed issues related to the positioning of the law firm, market’s segmentation and management of long-term relationships with clients, as well as modification of partner’s status and the role of managing partner in profit sharing.
