- Providing legal advice on the codification and adoption of new weapons and military equipment;
- Drafting contracts related to firearms, ammunition, military and dual-use goods;
- Legal support in obtaining permits issued by the State Export Control Service of Ukraine for international transactions involving military and dual-use goods;Advising on defence procurement;
- Advising manufacturers of military products;
- Legal support for companies operating in the civilian (non-military) weapons market (hunting, sports, self-defence);
- Participation in the development of the regulatory framework in the field of security and defence of Ukraine, including regulation of the civilian arms market.
