On August 30, 2013 the joint meeting of the Legal Committee, the Committee on Unfair Competition and the Committee on Financial Markets of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine will take place.
During the meeting the draft of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Economic Competition” related to relieving from the responsibility” and “On the State Support for Business Entities” as well as issues related to limitation of competition at the consumer credit market, improving of methodological principles as for ensuring compliance with legislation on protection against unfair competition and other issues are planned to be discussed.
