Antika Law Firm advised Nadra Ukrayny NJSC on corporate and contract law in connection with participation of Nadra Ukrayny NJSC in the process of preparation for signing the Joint Operating Agreement (the JOA) relating to the Production Sharing Agreement for hydrocarbons to be recovered within the Yuzivska area (Donetsk and Kharkiv regions).

The JOA was signed between Nadra Yuzivska LLC and Shell Exploration and Production Ukraine Investments (IV) BV on September 12, 2013 in Amsterdam during the visit of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
