Advising Nadra Ukrayny NJSC on entering of Nadra Yuzivska LLC into the Joint Operating Agreement

Antika Law Firm advised Nadra Ukrayny NJSC on corporate and contract law issues in connection with participation of Nadra Ukrayny NJSC in the process of preparation for signing the Joint Operating Agreement (the JOA) relating to the Production Sharing Agreement for hydrocarbons subject to be recovered within the Yuzivska area (Donetsk and Kharkiv regions).

The JOA was signed between Nadra Yuzivska LLC and Shell Exploration and Production Ukraine Investments (IV) BV on September 12, 2013 in Amsterdam.
