Antika Law Firm successfully acted for AWT Bavaria LLC in employment dispute with the former employee
The employee challenged the dismissal for unauthorized absence and claimed to change the wording of reason for dismissal, to recover from the company the average wage for the delay in payment during the dismissal procedure as well as to pay financial compensation for the moral damage.
The court of cassation supported the position that such dismissal had been legal and left in force the rulings of the court of the first instance and the court of appeal which dismissed claims of the employee.
