Managing partner of Antika Law Firm Alexey Kot was included into the list of arbitrators of  Permanently functioning Domestic Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce

Recently, the Resolution of the Ukrainian National Committee of International Chamber of Commerce approved the list of arbitrators of Permanently functioning Domestic Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce. Alexey Kot, in accordance with this decision, was included in the list of arbitrators of the said court.

Permanently functioning Domestic Arbitration Court was established in 2004. The court has jurisdiction in disputes between residents of Ukraine – both citizens and enterprises. The composition of the court consists of specialists in law, who gained an impeccable reputation in business circles and whose opinion is respected among colleagues.
