ANTIKA Law Firm held the roundtable “The State registration service: how anew will the registration of property rights happen in Ukraine?” jointly with the State registration service of Ukraine, the Ukrainian lawyer magazine and LigaBusinessInform information agency on 19^th of April, 2011.

During the roundtable the issues of registration of property rights in Ukraine were discussed in the context of establishment of the State registration service of Ukraine. Among the most pending questions – the new procedure of registration of real estate rights, cooperation between the SRS, notaries and Bureau of Technical Registration, question of the registrar’s and notary’s responsibility during registration of rights.
