ANTIKA Law Firm provided complex legal support of court cases regarding satisfaction of East Gate Logistic’s LLC monetary claims (is part of the Heitman International group of companies).
As the result of satisfaction of East Gate Logistic’s LLC claims by the Kiev commercial court, the decisions on debt recovery of rent payments (including punitive damages) at the amount of 23 million UAH were made.
