Alexander Burtovoy, Associated partner of ANTIKA Law Firm, participated in the round-table discussion organized by Hoteliero Club of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs, held on June 1, 2011.

The participants discussed the most important issues of investments to the hotel sector, peculiarities of involving hotel management company and legal forms of cooperation with it, the main barriers in concluding agreements between Ukrainian investors and international hotel operators and other issues of hospitality, the relevance of which increases on the threshold of Euro-2012.

The representatives of hotel and restaurant businesses, asset managers, development and property management companies, law firms took part in the round-table meeting.
