Alexey Kot, managing partner of Antika Law Firm, member of Supporting Competition in the CIS Non-Profit Partnership was elected Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

The session of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine was held on September 30, 2011. During this session the committees of the Public Council were established and the personal stuff was approved.

Alexey Kot was elected Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Public Council.

The issues regarding informational relationships of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine with the participants of concentration and concerted actions, public expertise and public anti-corruption expertise of legislative acts, developed by the AMCU were also discussed during the session of the Public Council.
