Alexandra Fedorenko, Senior lawyer of Antika Law Firm, participated in the II Annual Ukrainian Tax Conference held on 18 November 2011 in Kiev.

Participants of the Conference discussed the problematic issues of applying the provisions of the Tax Code of Ukraine, building of the tax and strategic tax planning functions in the enterprise, problems of applying the conventions on the avoidance of double taxation within the context of changes in the Tax Code and law enforcement practice, peculiarities of appealing against decisions of tax authorities, as well as other up-to date issues in the sphere of taxation.

Experts in the field of taxation of the major Ukrainian companies, as well as international companies operating in Ukraine, corporate lawyers, the representatives of law firms and auditing firms participated in the conference.
