The signing of the Agreement on the cooperation between the Supporting Competition in the CIS Non-Profit Partnership and Ukrainian Bar Association was held on January 26, 2012 in Kiev.

The agreement was signed by the Head of the Supporting Competition in the CIS Non-Profit Partnership Vasiliy Rudomino and the President of Ukrainian Bar Association Valentin Zagariya.

The subject of the Agreement is the organization of the interaction between the parties on the formation of effective public policy in the field of protection and development of competition and effective practices of application of antimonopoly legislation in the CIS countries. The main directions of cooperation are organization of joint conferences on competition law in the CIS countries, cooperation with competition authorities of the CIS countries as well as on lawmaking process.
