The round-table on “Problems Hindering Development of Competition in Housing Construction Market” was held in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on April 24, 2012.

The issues of applying competitive procedures to allocation of land plots for construction, terms for commissioning residential objects, price differentiation and discrimination of market participants, activity of natural monopolists were discussed during the round-table.

The Head and state commissiones of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, representatives of other public authorities, construction companies, investors, professional unions, associations and law firms participated in the round-table.
