Antika Law Firm advised Nadra Ukrayny NJSC on the share purchase agreement to acquire a 50.01% participation share in the Ukrainian company Westgasinvest LLC that is owned by Nadra Ukrayny NJSC and Cadogan Petroleum and holds subsoil rights to nine unconventional (shale) gas license areas in Lviv region in favor of the Italian oil and gas company Eni.
