On September 21, 2012 the II Annual Forum of the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine «Advocacy of Ukraine. Kiev bells», which is a platform for discussion and resolving existing problems in the field of advocacy as well as promotes the formation and approval of the common opinion as to the understanding the role and place of the advocacy institute in society was held.

In this year Forum’s agenda the issues related to the adoption of the new Law of Ukraine on the Advocacy, advocacy reform, taxation of legal profession, participation of a lawyer in criminal proceedings in the light of the new Criminal Proceedings Code, advocacy organizations and other topical issues were considered.

Practicing lawyers and advocates, judges, representatives of public authorities participated in the Forum.
