Antika Law Firm, as a member of an international Consortium, won a tender for providing legal services in the EBRD project in Dnepropetrovsk.

On November 12-14, 2012 in Dnepropetrovsk, the constitutional convention of the project and the 1st working meeting of the Consortium participants, representatives from Dnepropetrovsk and the EBRD took place.

During the meeting the participants discussed the work organization for the project, the ESCO project financing schemes, aspects of concluding agreements procedure and procurement of the project as well as agreed on the positions and roles of participants in the Project including the Consortium, the EBRD and the city.

Antika Law Firm is a senior legal expert in the Consortium. The legal experts group is leaded by the partner of the firm Alexander Burtovoy.
