Antika Law Firm advises Nadra Ukrayny NJSC in connection with participation of Nadra Yuzivska LLC in the Production Sharing Agreement

Antika Law Firm advised Nadra Ukrayny NJSC on corporate and contract law in connection with participation of Nadra Yuzivska LLC (a company controlled by Nadra Ukrayny NJSC) in the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) for hydrocarbons that will be produced within Yuzivska gas blocks (Donetsk and Kharkiv regions). The PSA was signed in January, 2013 between the Government of Ukraine, Shell Exploration and Production Ukraine Investments (IV) BV and Nadra Yuzivska LLC.
