On February 22, 2013 in Kiev, the ІХ Annual Legal Forum Development of Legal Services Market in Ukraine – 2013 took place. By tradition the even has become a meeting place for the partners of law firms, heads of legal departments and directors of experts in management and development of legal business.

The participants summarized the events of the previous year, sized its impact on the current year, discussed the foreign-policy consequences of the court system reform and the first results of application of the Law of Ukraine “On Advocacy and Advocate Activity”

The questions on legal business “internal kitchen” were also on the agenda, namely how exactly take care of the client, what lawyers are ready to do for the good of the client, how to find a good partner, and how to become a good one, how to protect the business and employees of the firm in connection with their professional activity, how to distribute the financial flows effectively, how to motivate staff, whether it is necessary to resort to outsourcing or not and many others.
