On March 11, 2013 a round table meeting “Considering cases regarding violation of legislation on protection of economic competition: practical problems and their solutions”, organized by еру Ukrainian Bar Association took place.
Representatives from the UBA, the AMCU, partners and senior lawyers from leading law firms of Ukraine discussed topical issues related to the law enforcement practice on protection of economic competition, grounds for considering cases regarding violation of legislation on protection of economic competition, inspection procedures, procedure peculiarities and procedural rights, conflicts of law on appealing decisions etc.
