Managing partner of Antika Law Firm, member of Supporting Competition in the CIS Non-Profit Partnership Alexey Kot attended a session of the Headquarters for Joint Investigations of Violations of the Antimonopoly Law of the CIS Member-States and the session of the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy (ICAP)
On April 16-18, 2013 in Minsk a session of the Headquarters for Joint Investigations of Violations of the Antimonopoly Law of the CIS Member-States and the session of the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy took place.
During the session the members of the Headquarters presented research results on issues related to price formation on oil and oil products, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals as well as discussed issues on organization of work concerning grain market research in the CIS Member-States.
ICAP members discussed the most significant events that have occurred in the CIS Member-States in the field of antitrust policy, summarized the work on joint investigations of violations of the antimonopoly laws, and determined the scope of work for the future.
