On February 18, 2013 the regular knowledge seminar on “Transfer Pricing: Lawyers’ Focus” supported by the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine was held.

The participants were provided with information regarding the administration of transfer pricing, controversial aspects, as well as new types of unscheduled document audits related to transfer pricing. Special speakers’ attention was focused on new types of tax audits as well as forecasts and expectations related to them, the problem issues of penalties application were identified as well.
