On April 10, 2014 Kyiv hosted the International Tax Forum arranged by the Yuridicheskaya Practika Publishing jointly with the Public Council of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine supported by the Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, international and all-Ukrainian public organizations.

During the Forum the participants discussed the most topical issues on cooperation between business and tax authorities, including the mechanisms of restoring trust to the tax system, the necessity to develop a new tax code – “code of economic development”, issues related to court practice in tax disputes, transfer pricing application, pros and cons in customs price formation for foreign representation offices, assets protection mechanisms against tax audits and criminal charges as well as international tax trends.
