On August 29, 2014 in Kiev a meeting of the Ukrainian Bar Association Energy, Oil and Gas Committee on topic “ESCO as a mechanism to implement energy efficiency projects” took place.
The participants discussed the project of the Unified State System for monitoring the production, supply, transportation, consumption and payment for fuel and energy resources and utilities, as well as issues of energy audit and the certification of the energy auditors.
The senior associate of Antika Law Firm Alexander Tretiakov reported the participants of the meeting about the existing experience of implementing the energy efficiency projects in the public sector.
