On September 24, 2014 in Kiev the Ukraine-EU International Legal Forum organized by the publishing house “Yurydycheskaya Practika” took place.

The participants discussed the most topical issues related to the signing of association agreement, in particular, the necessity to reform Ukrainian legislation in accordance with the EU requirements, to create favorable legal framework for business integration, as well as they identified the opportunities for free trade between Ukraine and the EU and estimated the European future for Ukrainian business in general.

Alexey Kot spoke within the framework of the section “Competition and Public Procurement” on the topic “Competition Law: the European experience vs. Ukrainian realities”.
