Managing partner of Antika Law Firm, PhD (Law) Alexey Kot joined the Justice System Reform Council
The Decree of President of Ukraine № 826/2014 as of October 27, 2014 approved the Justice System Reform Council that included the heads of courts, academics and lawyers.
Justice System Reform Council is defined as an advisory body under the President of Ukraine, the main tasks of which are to draft and to submit proposals to the Head of the State related to the reforms strategy in court system and legal proceedings, to develop action plans on implementing this strategy as well as to monitor its implementation in Ukraine.
