The III All-Ukraine School of Antitrust Law was held under the auspices of the Student League of the Ukrainian Bar Association in Kiev at Kiev National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman on October 17-18, 2015.

For his speech to law students Alexander Tretiakov chose the topic “Legal regulation of control over economic concentrations – practical aspect.”

The compliance with antitrust regulation of Ukraine with EU standards, legal principles in the application of penalties, the main trends in the investigation of anticompetitive concerted actions were also discussed at the event.
