The order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved the personnel of the working group on recoding (updating) of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Managing partner of the Antika law firm, Doctor of Law, Alexey Kot became a member of it.
It is worth noting that Alexey Kot has a strong expertise and considerable experience in reforming the legal system of Ukraine. He was a member of the Council for Judicial Reform under the President of Ukraine, is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board under the Supreme Court, a member of the Public Council under the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
The working group on updating the Civil Code of Ukraine included 12 civil scientists. And it was headed by the Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko.
