The managing partner of Antika Law Firm Alexey Kot made a speech during the Russian-American conference “Peculiarities of consideration by the courts of cases on violation of competition legislation: Russian and foreign experience”.

The Russian-American conference “Peculiarities of consideration by the courts of cases on violation of competition legislation: Russian and foreign experience” took place in Moscow on 7th-8th of July 2011.

The conference was organized by the Federal antimonopoly service of Russia, the Higher Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation and the Embassy of the USA in Moscow.

Igor Artemiev, the head of FAS of Russia. Tatiana Andreeva, the deputy of the Chairman of the FAS of RF, John Byerly, the ambassador of the USA in the RF, the judges of the Higher Arbitration Court of the RF, regional arbitration courts of the RF, federal courts of the USA, the representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the USA, legal and consulting firms participated in the conference.

Alexey Kot made his speech on “Certain issues of practical application of laws on protection of competition by the Ukrainian courts”
