Partner of Antika Law Firm Alexander Burtovoy delivered his lecture on the legal foundation of management of development projects to the participants within the framework of Certification course of real estate development.
The Certification course is organized by the business school “International Institute of Business” and education platform CP School. The educational course will last for five months – from February till June 2019.
During the lectures, Alexander Burtovoy was talked about:
- the peculiarities of legal regulation of land, in the context of real estate construction;
- transmission of engineering networks and connection to networks;
- mortgages of unfinished construction project on lands with different legal status;
- system of contractual documentation in construction.
