Antika Law Firm became a partner of the VII International Litigation and Legal Forum, which took place on June 12-13 in Kyiv. Managing Partner of Antika Law Firm, Doctor of Law Alexey Kot moderated the session “Legal Protection for Property and Credit Disputes”.
Traditionally, Antika Law Firm has supported the International Litigation and Legal Forum, which is expected to become a platform for expert discussions and exchange of views between judges, attorneys, prosecutors, representatives of legal business, authorities, domestic and international specialists.

During the discussion experts have discussed one of the most common categories of litigation – disputes with banks. The practice of them is in a state of constant changes. A new twist was the legal cases about the “resuscitation” of banks.

Everyone will benefit from it: the client, the attorney and the whole judicial system, because in such conditions it is possible to ensure decisions that will expected from the point of view of society, legal from the point of view of professional lawyers, and, most importantly, they will be fair, ” noted Alexey Kot.
It should be reminded that International Litigation and Legal Forum is a traditional practical event, held by the newspaper “Yuridicheskaya Practika” for the third year in a row with the judicial authorities – the High Council of Justice and the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine, as well as with the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.
