Antika Law Firm successfully defended the interests of AWT Britannia LLC in the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine in a dispute with the State Tax Office in Kyiv on recognition as wrongful and cancellation of the tax decision notice.
In this dispute, AWT Britannia LLC has appealed against the tax decision notice, which reduced the loss of the company for the purpose of the corporate tax calculation in the amount of UAH 4,2 million.
