The expert discussion of the draft law “On the High Council of Justice” took place on July 27, 2016.

During the event, the participants discussed the issues of the distribution of powers in the system of judicial self-administration, cooperation of governing bodies and autonomous bodies, optimal organizational structure of the HCJ for the effective exercise of its functions, new disciplinary procedure.
