In November 7, 2013 in Kiev the Ukrainian Bar Association members gathered at the regular Forum of Law Firms’ Partners to discuss issues related to the law firms’ management.

This year the participants of the Forum shared their professional experience and advice, discussed issues related to staff motivation, career development within the company, partner programs and staff turnover risks. These issues are important at every stage of company development, because, as the event organizer reasonably noted, building effective relations within the company, high level of corporate culture and motivated staff that is committed to the company and its objectives may lead company to success.
