On November 14-15, 2013 in Kiev, the third international conference «Kiev Arbitration Days 2013: Think Big!” took place. It was organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association. During the conference, the participants had an opportunity to gain valuable information and shared experience in the field of international commercial and investment arbitration.

The participants discussed issues related to arbitrator’s power adjudicate, the role of the expert in international arbitration, arbitrator-expert interaction, as well as an award set-aside issues, specific features of energy and investment disputes consideration.
