On December 5, 2013 in Kiev the International Forum for the Promotion of Legal Services took place. It was organized by the Yuridicheskaya Practika Weekly. During the event on separate sessions the Forum’s speakers shared their experience and achievements in the field of legal services promotion, discussed 2013 trends of legal business promotion in Ukraine and abroad as well as presented forecasts for 2014.

Within the framework of the separate session the participants discussed the relations between existing and potential client and the law firm, in particular, how to win clients and to keep the existing ones, what is necessary to change inside law firm and in legal business itself in order to meet clients’ expectations.

The participants also discussed the law firms’ promotion tools and the reputation management, among which the participants marked out the most effective ones, namely, social network activity, firm’s website promotion in the search systems, relations with mass media, participation in the events and organization of firm’s own ones, positioning in Ukrainian and international legal guides and directories.
