On March 14, 2017, the seminar on the topic “The Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration: Specific Legal Features ” was held in Kyiv. The seminar was attended by lawyers and associates from both foreign and national law firms, heads of legal departments of large companies.

During the event, Vitautas Nakroshus, Chairman of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration, told about the features of operation and legal regulation of the arbitration court, in particular, jurisdiction, recognition, and enforcement of its awards. The speakers of the event reviewed the practice of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration on the cases of parties from CIS countries during the period of last 3 years.
