On April 27, 2016 Senior Associate of Antika Law Firm Maxim Korchagin successfully defended his thesis for the candidate degree in law on “Bona fide acquisition of property, which was sold by an unauthorized person” in Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

His scientific supervisor was Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Honoured scientist of Ukraine Natalia Kuznetsova.

Maxim Korchagin’s dissertation is one of the first modern studies of legal structures, mechanisms and conditions of bona fide acquisition of property from unauthorized persons, and of means for protection of bona fide purchasers’ rights and interests.

Maxim Korchagin has been working in Antika Law Firm since its foundation. He has 10 years of successful experience in defence of the clients’ rights in courts and arbitration institutions.
