Alexey Kot, the member of the Managing Council (on behalf of Ukraine) for Supporting Competition in the CIS Non-Profit Partnership, the managing partner of ANTIKA Law Firm, participated in the extended session of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, dedicated to summarizing activities of the AMCU in 2010.

Except the representatives of the AMCU, representatives of the Administration of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers, ministries and departments, and public organizations participated in the session.

In his speech Alexey Kot mentioned positive results of cooperation between AMCU and the Ukrainian and international public organizations regarding issues of formation of the effective state policy in the area of protection and development of competition, and also regarding the practice of application of the antitrust legislation in Ukraine.
