Member of Supporting Competition in the CIS Non-Profit Partnership, the managing partner of ANTIKA Law Firm Alexey Kot participated in the 34th session of the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy, which was held on 15-16 June 2011 in Dushanbe (the Tajikistan Republic).
During the session of the ICAP the results of the work of the Headquarters for joint investigations of the antimonopoly law of the CIS member-states were discussed, the issues of demonopolisation, developing competition on the market of airport refueling, and competition policy within the Customs Union as well as the issues of antimonopoly regulation of the pharmaceuticals market in the CIS member-states were considered.
Representatives of the antimonopoly bodies of the CIS member-states, CIS Executive Council, and members of Supporting Competition in the CIS Non-Profit Partnership took part in the session.
