The member ofthe Scientific and Advisory Council of the Higher Economic Court of Ukraine, managing partner of ANTIKA Law Firm Alexey Kot participated in the session of the section of first and second chambers of the Higher Economic Court of Ukraine which was held on 20 June 2011 in the Higher Economic Court Ukraine.

During the session the practice of settlement by commercial courts of disputes on recognition of executive note which is not subject to execution as well as the disputes on transferring housing and other social infrastructure objects built in the process of privatization (corporatization) from the state to municipal ownership were discussed.
