Nataliya Gaidai, the lawyer of Antika Law Firm, participated in the meeting of the Agricultural Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine on 4th of August, 2011.

During the meeting the pending issues of the Grain Market in 2011-2012 marketing year, the governmental policy on improvement of grain export regulation, perspectives of adoption of the Draft Law of Ukraine “On the land market” and its influence on the agricultural sector of Ukraine’s economy in general and grain trade in particular, the issues of development of a legal mechanism for grain VAT administration due to adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Draft Law “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (regarding improvement of Certain Provisions of the Tax Code of Ukraine)” were discussed.
