Alexey Kot, managing partner of Antika Law Firm, Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, participated in the round-table on “Prevention of violation of legislation on protection of economic competition on commodity markets”
The round-table on “Prevention of violation of legislation on protection of economic competition on commodity markets” was held on November 22, 2011 in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
During the round-table the actual issues of functioning of commodity markets, including light industry, leather industry, furniture industry, household chemical etc., and their solution in order to prevent violation of competition rules, were discussed.
Vasil Tsushko, Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Mykhailo Rusynskii, Deputy Chairman of the Committee – the state commissioner, Larysa Kolisnyk, Deputy Chairman of the Committee – the state commissioner, the heads the AMCU’s departments, the representatives of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the State Inspection of Ukraine for Consumer Rights Protection, the domestic unions on production of commodities, the representatives of the leading trade networks (Watsons, Cosmo, White Raven) and other experts participated in the discussion.
