Alexey Kot, managing partner of Antika Law Firm, Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, participated in «II Competition Forum “, which was held on 26-27 January 2012 in Kyiv with the official support of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

The Chairman of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation -Igor Artemyev, the Chairman of the Interstate Council for Antimonopoly Policy, the Chairman of the Agency for Fair Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Mazhit Esenbayev, Chairman of the Commission on Protection of Competition of Bulgaria Petko Nikolov, a representative of the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission Sam Pieters, other governmental officials, the representatives of competition authorities, government and judicial authorities, the representatives of business and law firms participated in the Forum.

At the sessions of the Forum the main trends in the field of competition in Ukraine, CIS and EU states, the issues of improving of the understanding between business and antimonopoly authorities, international experience in the competition law enforcement were discussed.
