Antika Law Firm has won a tender for implementing ESCO projects to the municipal sector of Ukraine
Antika Law Firm together with the Institute for Budgetary and Socio-Economic Research were declared as the winner of the international tender for the selection of a service provider on developing documents for implementing ESCO projects to the municipal sector of two cities in Ukraine – in Kiev and in one city in the Kherson region, conducted by «International Resources Group» according to the order of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to implement international technical assistance project «Municipal Heating Reform in Ukraine».
Implementation of ESCO projects will be performed on terms of co-financing with the involvement of international financial institutions funds.
Project financing schemes providing profits on energy efficiency are planning to be performed in order to implement the projects. Energy efficiency improvement in school buildings in different districts of Kiev, as well as effectiveness increase in street lighting in one of the district centers of the Kherson region are expected at the result of projects implementation.
