On April 18, 2013 a regular session of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine took place. During the meeting the members of the board and renewed committees acting on regular basis in order to solve topical issues were elected. Alexey Kot was re-elected as the Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

During the session the draft of the Law of Ukraine “On State Aid To Economic Entities,” was reviewed and the draft of the Provision on regulation of territorial offices of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, oblasts, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol was adopted.

The participants reviewed the work plan of the Public Council for 2013; in particular they made proposals related to the activities of procedural and legal committees, as well as the Committees on unfair competition, financial markets, industry, natural monopolies and unproductive sphere.
