On August 28, 2013 in Kiev, the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Tax Committee Working Group on Transfer Pricing Meeting took place. The main aim of the Working Group establishing consists in developing bylaws stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on Transfer Pricing”.

During the Meeting the members of the Working Group developed key points that should be included in the bylaws in order to balance government and business interests. Among the most important points are forming a list of low-tax jurisdictions, methodology of transfer methods application, advance pricing agreements procedure, a list of official information sources, and a transfer pricing report form.

These points are planned to be delivered during interaction with the representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
