Antika Law Firm advises on construction of the new BMW Importer Center in Ukraine
On September 24 a stone for the future Importer and Dealership Center of the company AWT Bavaria, the official importer of BMW, Mini and Rolls-Royce Motorcars in Ukraine was laid.
The exclusive event was attended by Mr. Alexander Tymofyeyev, Director General of AWT Bavaria, Mr. Graeme Grieve, Vice-President for BMW Group importer markets in the Africa, Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Asia, Pacific and Middle East regions, H.E. Dr. Christof Weil, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine, representatives of state and local authorities.
AWT Bavaria will invest in the new 10,143-square-metre complex more than EUR 20 million. The Center is designed to sell about 7,000 motorcars and 500 motorcycles a year. Currently all preparatory works for construction have already been done. Active construction works will begin in March 2014. The complex will be opened in fall 2015.
