On October 22-24, 2013 in Kiev the XVII International Forum of oil and gas industry “Oil & Gas 2013” took place. The aim of the Forum was to demonstrate the potential of Ukraine at the international fuel and energy market, to present the achievements of companies and enterprises, to familiarize with the strategy of industry development, to establish and to strengthen relations between Ukrainian enterprises and foreign investors, that in a global sense should help to successful development of oil and gas industry in order to achieve energy independence of the country.

A number of presentations, negotiations, business meetings were held during the Forum, including the International conference “Oil and gas complex of Ukraine – development strategy” and the exhibition that became not only a place for demonstrating of advanced equipment and technologies for subsoil exploration, mining, transportation and processing of oil and gas but a platform to discuss a wide range of issues related to legislation and environmental safety.
