On October 25, 2013 the conference “Practice of Supreme Court of Ukraine in civil, criminal, economic and administrative cases” organized by the Supreme Court of Ukraine jointly with the magazine “The Law of Ukraine”, the National School of Judges of Ukraine, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Representative Office of the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe in Ukraine.

During the conference the participants discussed topical issues related to application of property rights legislation as well as legislation that governs mortgage and credit relations by the Supreme Court of Ukraine, determined legal views of the Supreme Court of Ukraine related to administrating of certain taxes, charges, payments as well as appealing decisions, actions or omissions of the state customs service, and criminal cases court practice.
